About Us

Our name, Chimichurri Style, was born from the fusion of the name of a traditional Argentine sauce, usually used for meats, which are very common in this country and world famous for its quality and folkloric traditionalism, with a mixture of the fantastic Mexican cuisine which is rich in gastronomy, customs, flavors, colors and varieties.

 

The chimichurri is generally used to season roasted meats, sausages and fish (especially in the coast of Argentina) is made with parsley, garlic, ground pepper, salt, oil and other ingredients. However, there are variants in different regions of the country, so each recipe is different in terms of aggregates, but always maintaining its bases.

 

The incredible traditional gastronomy of Mexico has, in turn, influenced the cuisine of other cultures, such as Spanish, French, African, Middle Eastern and Asian. It is a testimony to the country's historical culture: many dishes originated in pre-Hispanic Mexico and other important moments in its history. There is a wide range of flavors, colors, textures, and influences that make it a great attraction for domestic and foreign: Mexico is famous for its gastronomy.

 

For this reason, we are convinced that this explosive fusion of flavors, smells, and cultures provide an incredible pleasure to the palate of people of all nationalities.
